USES OF CIDMUS TABLET Cidmus 50mg Tablet is used in the treatment of Heart failure. It reduces the risk of cardiovascular complications and hospitalization in patients with chronic heart failure and reduced ejection fraction.
HOW TO USE CIDMUS TABLET Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Cidmus 50mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.HOW CIDMUS TABLET WORKS Cidmus 50mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Sacubitril and Valsartan which belong to a class of angiotensin receptor neprilysin inhibitor (ARNI). This combination treats heart failure by relaxing the blood vessels and making it easier for your heart to pump blood throughout your body. In addition, it also helps your body retain less water.CIDMUS TABLET RELATED WARNINGS Alcohol Interaction with alcohol is unknown. Please consult your doctor. Taking Valsartan with alcohol may excessively lower the blood pressure.Pregnancy WEIGH RISKS VS BENEFITS Cidmus 50mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.
There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.Lactation No information is available on the use of Cidmus 50mg Tablet during lactation. Please consult your doctor.Driving Cidmus 50mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.Kidney Cidmus 50mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Cidmus 50mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Regular blood pressure monitoring is recommended. No dose adjustment is needed in patients with mild to moderate kidney disease.Liver CAUTION Cidmus 50mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Cidmus 50mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
